    Argo tires

    Just a quick note.
There is a spring that runs from the throttle linkage to the governor arm, located under the throttle linkage assembly (hard to see). I would recommend that if you don't already have one as a spare, get one. The one on my Argo broke last Thurs night, while I was out on a frozen lake (12 MILES from my truck, 3 feet of snow). Fortunatly, a friend left his "Broke Down" Argo out at this particular lake last fall, and I only had a short, 1 mile walk, to get to it (I actually had my snowshoes with me, so it wasn't that bad). I stole the spring from his Argo and got mine running again. I will have to go back and replace the spring on his Argo, but that's easy.

Doc I have been waiting for you to give us a report on your 24' Argo tires. Can you let us know? Video please. I want to know how it swims, if you see a big difference? I can't believe your Honda started right up. My Suzuki would have never done that. I am sure I would have had to jump it off and play with it awhile. The cold may be hard on machines the but the salt air and humity is extremely hard on everything here. You have got to stay on top of everything maintenance wise or watch it slowly die!

Um, Pretty much all of it. I live in the top NE corner of BC. It's about 300 miles to the next town South of us (only one place between us that I can think of where I can't ride ). It's about 450 miles to the next town West of us (There are 2 Parks between us where I can't ride )............Other than that, you can pretty much go where you want. Oh ya, there are also restrictions about riding ABOVE some elevations(in the mountians).

We have about 3.5 feet of ice covering the wet stuff right now. I will get back to you when I can with a review and vid of how the tires work.
