  • Heavy duty axles on Avenger

My wife and I recently bought an Avenger. I was wondering if this model comes with heavy duty axles from the factory?
The reason I ask is because this one comes with the axle extensions, and the heavy duty axle kit comes with the extension which makes me wonder.
    Thank you.

All Avengers come with Axle Extensions.
What Year is it? Is it an HDI?
About the only difference is that the Hub, where the wheel mounts, is made from heavier plate on the HDI's.

Its a 2005 Avenger. Besides the heavy duty bearings, I can buy heavy duty axles, right?

The axle material is the exact same, but like I said, the hub on the end if the axle is a little heavier plate.
I would not bother to change the axles, except through attrition. IF they bend/break, change them out as they fail (if they fail).

Thank you for the info. I'll buy new axles as I need them. Simply because , being a newbie to Argos, I can't predict when the axles will go bad.
We do already have standard bearing sets on hand though, and the chains/sprockets are in very good shape.

            Double post.

Just curious... do the bearings give out about the same time? I ask because all wheels run at the same time.
