BUYER BEWARE argo delers subbing in non argo cheaper parts .

hey all , so i orderd 4 outer bearings for my 750 avenger , from lukes town service in ellie manitoba canada ,
what did i get an uc206-104d1, now this is the same size bearing and will work , but it is not the argo bearing that is made by the same company < ntn> ,
the difference is in the grease seals , metal protector ring ,and grease ring and most importantly $$$$
i can get the uc206 for 18 bucks at my local store , they charged me full price 44 bucks at argo , for what i thought i was getting an argo bearing , i called them back and made them credit me 100 dollars for the 4 , but id rather have the right stuff , how many others are getting RIPPED OFF that dont realize it , i just happend to see the difference took both to my bearing supply they explained the difference's,
grr makes me mad!!!! last time ill do bussiness with them ,

It is common for dealers to sub in aftermarket parts, however they usually tell you and pass on the savings. Bearings have always been over priced from both Max and Argo.

well suprise , Lukes called me to tell me they were sorry , have reduced the price of the cheaper bearings and are now stocking argo bearings , and will ask the customer which bearings they want ,!
for me iam happy they said sorry admitted there mistake,and that they care about me as a customer .
