three point hitch mounting. i have also beefed up the frame in the back to acomidate

Pretty darn cool. So how well does it all work? Im curious if you would have done anything different now that it's complete. Great job on it, I have never heard of anything like this being done before.

little of the reinforcement

DSC00218.jpgDSC00227.jpg the hydrolics and the adair tracks make it work very well!!! the frame on the argo isn't really built to handle the load so reinforcement is necessary. course that adds to the weight and helps the tracks work well. it doesn't swim very well so im building a mud motor (short tail) for control in the water.

You have a very confused Argo there.How much weight will the loader actually pick up,without any thing hanging on the back?

the bucket is small, but the loader handles a full load no problem. also my 200lb son with no problem. i will be enlarging the bucket in the future. i really don't expect any problems up to 350 or 400lb. my task now is to build and mount a mud motor so i can see how it will handle in water. the bucket is easily removed. quick disconnect on the hydraulics, pins on the cylinders and loader arms. the argo isn't really that confused. i just put all that stuff on there for the picture. the little 18hp engine couldn't work all that stuff at once. now maybe with a 25hp. engine...........

Mud motor built and installed

well i finally got the mud motor installed on the argo to aid in water navigation. Haven't tried it yet but ill take pictures when i do.
