Slider blocks jumping over

Anyone got a solution to slider blocks (chain tensioners) on a Magnum turning over onto the wrong side when the argo is moving. All new chains and blocks installed,but it still keeps on happening; not a big problem, just a nuisance. good to hear if anyone has a solution.

Could be stretched springs.
