1975 Argo questions

Here is a argo that is for sale locally. The guy says its a 1975. The engine has been replaced with a unkown size. The frame and innards are good. The guy says he replaced all the bearings and chains and such. He also put on new tires. He says it goes about 45. The only problem is that the guy says it doesnt float. How much is this thing worth? what trans is in it? Was this a good year for argo?
