Hi, my avenger bouces so much that even at very slow speed I have to stop because it bouces too much. I have 4 bear claws ( 6 ply), 2 rawhide 111 ( 2 ply) and 2 s2wamper lite. They are all at 4psi. Could that be the reason for bouncing that much. Should I place my tires at different location. at the moment I have the 4 bear claw in front and rear. Should I put more air in some and less in others.

I run 24" Frontier Tires on my machine, set at 3.5 PSI. If I let the machine sit for a while (weeks), then the tires get flat spots on them. When I take it for a ride after leaving it like that, then I really get a bouncy ride for about a half hour, then the tires seem to get "round" again. May not be what you're experiencing, but with low tire pressures, it just might.

I would think the 6 ply would be very stiff in any position but 3rd and 4th would probably help ride some. i ride my 22 rawhide3's at 1.5 psi but don't think you can go much below 2.5 on the 25's and keep them seated. maybe try 3 in all and see how that feels.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
      Joe Camel never does that.

If they are all at 4 psi, try measuring the circumference of them... You may have a slightly taller tire in one spot and that could be doing it.. I know when my tracks are on, my tires are at 3, 4, 4, and 5 from front to back to keep the measurements correct...

Also if you have not yet, jack it up in the air and run it, you can watch each wheel run in the air. Your eye will pick up any bent shaft, or wheel.

I personally, would never run different tires on my AATV. Even though the tires are advertised to be the same size such as 22x11x8 for example, they are actually each a bit different. I'd get all the same size tire and run them all at the same PSI and you'll probably have your issue solved.

Shawn we all missed that possibility, a bent axle will hop badly.
