Rod, finally got off my arse and posted the pictures of the sprockets in my gallery.
Upon closer inspection, it appears my factory oem sprocket may have walked along the axle shaft a bit side to side, causing a bit of premature tooth wear on the sprocket. (Checked for a bent axle so that wasn't it).
To counter this, I'm going to tap the exisiting shear pin holes to accept a 7/16 -14 set secrew. I'll bore out the OEM keyed shaft and do the same on it.
