Argo Pressed Hub Flange Fix??

I recently had a hub flange on my 06 Avenger seperate and lost most of the lug studs. I'm told this is a common problem with many of these older avengers. I've got a pair of HD axles coming from Adiar Argo to replace the front (where the problem was). For the rest of the axles I decided to weld the two pieces together. I don't know if there will be a long term difference but I'm hoping for the best. Here are the pictures.

yup. kcj512 that looks like the right weld in the right place to me.You might consider putting a small tack on the head to backside of the flange. It would make it a bit difficult to get a stud out if you stripped one--but-if you think about it ,the studs must have been loose to allow the hub pieces to seperate. My 2007 Avenger had studs with stripped splines on the hub which made it difficult to tighten them properly and impossible to get the nut off without a grinder. New studs tack welded in place and I have been good for a few years. The new heavy duty axles look like a big improvement,but I hope I never need them. keep riding
