Can you post pics of your work? I like to see what people are doing. Thanks.

You know all the trouble you had getting it apart? Cheap out the bearings and chains and you'll be going through that trouble more often than you'd like.

I used FYH bearings for the inner bearings. They cost me 15$ a piece. They now have about 100 hours and no signs of wear yet. Bought them at kinecor.

wow - Is that flat sheet tub bracing in the rear something you have added? or is that a stock piece? (that would be missing from mine!)

i.e. the stuff in the pic below

We'll got a lot done all the bearings seals gaskets sprockets and chain replaced. Went through all the wiring and added some relays and a face plate for the switches. I have been debating on what tires to get the cheap Carlisle tires or the argo tires that are twice the price but look good seem to be taller and have some good meat on them but is it all worth 600 more dollars. I did try that chain4less place and wow that stuff is garbage I'll just keep it in the emergency kit.

For some reason my left rear chain is really loose and it's brand new I checked and triple checked how many links are there and both sprockets are brand new any ideas

Do the sprockets have the same number of teeth on both the right and left side?

My thinking was that if both chains have the same number of links on each side and one is loose like you say. The only thing to make the slack would be a smaller diameter sprocket thus the less teeth idea. Just a thought.

I bought my chain on ebay for a good price. Just bought bulk Diamond USA chain, which I hear is a good chain.
I don't have more than about an hour on them, but that's because my Argo just got out of the shop after a rebuild and adding some accessories.
I will let you know how they work later this summer. I would say you get what you pay for when it comes to chain.
