Well i tried to pull the driven so i could get at the rotor and had no luck, layed it on its side and soaked the shaft with that new WD 40 with blue torch for 2 days
Anyways i ended up havin' to cut it off, i think that garage roof was leakin' for a lot of yrs.

I'm havin' fun with it, had lots of parts from other stuff layin' around and they seem to fit this Ole girl with a little effort. The second picture was the first one here, i took it and saw the squirrel gun and thought i should move it. it's not like i'm a gun nut

            Well..

Get a newer one and use that one for a trailer. I just stuck $1700.00 parts and labor into a 1979 rebuild, but that did not include any engine, trans work, axel or bearings.

Well,... after another winter of sittin' in the shop I've decided I'm gonna just parts this ole girl out. As Bossman Mike posted is that sometimes ya pour more into it than you would ever get back, It has some good parts and I figure hard to come by that somebody out there is lookin' for

As I clean and inspect the parts I'll post them and see what happens. Kinda sad but what ya gonna do. I also have a spare trans from the same yrs that's getting some new bearings and seals/gasket and will be ready to go back into service.
