  • Speedometer malfunction

I have a 2010 Avenger 8x8 750 EFI and I noticed my speedometer went all out of wack while running my windshield wiper. The speed was fluctuating and the KM's weren't registering properly. Any idea on what could be causing this and how to fix it?

    Thanks

Try to clean the pick up and the magnet on the axle. Check the wires have a good connection ,ground.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
      Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

It's radio frequency interference with the magnetic pickup. Argojim is correct usually dirty magnet or excess clearance. Heater motors do it at times also.
