i bought this 2007 argo from a guy that had it for surveying and it seems like they governored it or something as when i try put the throttle as fast as it can go it like bottoms out and was wondering if anyone else ever had this problem im guessing they did something to it so there guys couldnt abuse it?

Does the engine sputter and act like it is going to die? What happens if you continue to hold it full throttle, does the motor quit? Also, what motor is this, a Kohler? -
It sounds like a car when te governor kicks in it revs then slows down then try's rev again and it's a 31 hp kohlerComment
