Thanks guys. Looks like I need to replace a few chains. They are dragging on the frame. Anyways I know your not suppose to remove a link cause of sprocket wear. But could I do that just for a short time till my chains get here? Also anybody know how much chain I need to replace them all? And any good place to get chain?
taking a link out is fine but I would replace it asap with new. I'm sure there's a thread on here talking about how much chain you'll need. I can't help....I've got a Max. Seems like most here watch for chain on e-bay.
Any power transmission or bearing place will sell chain. Farm dealers, machine shops sell chain and sprockets and maybe even some auto parts stores might.
