chain sound and smell of burning rubber??

i have not owned my avenger very long but since i had it when i have the machine running in high gear going near full throttle is it normal to hear the chains? im not exactly what chain im hearing but i hear the chains so i guess my question is that normal?

2nd part of my question im not sure of when im driving for a while i smell like burning rubber i did just replace the belt so not sure if that could have something to do with it . just wondering is there anything else i should be checking?

Are you running it with the tracks on when this is happening? Are the chains properly lubricated? Is the tensions correct on them all?

yea the tracks are on and i lubricate the chains like every two weeks how do i check if my tension is correct?
