Your bearings are probably gone. If so the chains are most likely gone as well. That's what happened to me. Two bearings were bad and when I took off all the chains some link pins were broken, and three of the master connector links had no clip or connector. Chains turned out to be junk. three tensioners were missing and one only had one half. Check everything.
