Thumb Throttle on 2008 Avenger

Could you tell me or send pictures to me on how to hook up a thumb throttle to a 2008 Avenger 750edi ours has the twist throttle and would love to have the thumb one.

You may not like the thumb throttle either. I disliked the twist throttle on my argo and changed to the thumb style. I hated it more as I found it fatigueing. I then got a BMX brake handle off ebay and adapted that to use as a finger throttle like on the max's. I have no ache in my fingers pulling the throttle and have great throttle control. One of the best mods I did for myself. I rode atv's many years with the thumb throttle and no problem but for some reason was very uncomfortable with the argo.

Moose racing makes a combination twist and thumb throttle, it consists of both types on one control unit. They are $120-$150 on ebay so they are pricey, but in discussing their stuff with friends that race 4 wheelers Moose products are nearly indestructible.

I bought a $12 thumb throttle for a Chinese atv and adapted it to an Argo, but I switched it back to the twist throttle because my better half couldn't operate it as well. The brake handle creation sounds like a good plan as well.
