  • Argo 580 6x6

We just picked up this cute little 580 a couple days ago,it's a 2010 with 42 hours on it. Looks like brand new, but had to rebuild the carb as it was varnished up pretty good. She runs like a top now, and plan on tracking it with something that will help with the high center issue that I have encountered with other 6x6s.I helped my neighbor install 18" chain tracks on his bigfoot, and that thing is like a waterbug on a pond.
I might have to talk to Tim,and see if he has any new desighn ideas, maybe an 18" pro series track?!

A nice set of tracks and you are off and running on another nice machine.... Great purchase....
Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.

I finally broke away yesterday and ran this thing for a couple hours, the last 6x6 that I spent time on was my old vanguard with sticks and manual brakes.Talk about night and day! This thing is sweeeet! Very responsive, and handles like a gem.T handles and hydro brakes on such a lite unit are so much fun.
I had to stay on the two track, however, just as I figured, as without tracks, this thing gets stuck as soon as you jump off. I was getting stuck also on the two track in the higher spots also.

I fell in love with an identical unit with 18" chain tracks, and hope to find a set to put on here. I think the wider track really helps keep such a lite unit from getting high centered, something that seems to be an ongoing issue with the 6x6.
