Can you say "LOADED"

Argos will carry a load for sure, but just because you can doesn't mean you should. I know a guy that routinely puts a whole moose and camp for 2 in his argo, he also has lot's of problems on trip to camp 25.6 miles we had to replace 5 bearings. Pulling the load in a trailer is easier on the machine. Your asking for problems doing this, and those problems might ruin your next trip in break downs. Watch your tires while hauling a load there are many times 2 tires on a side is all that is touching the ground, think of the stress that puts on everything. My F-250 tach goes to 8k doesn't mean I should run it at 8k.

Its amazing what an Argo can carry! I'll jump in on the loaded game. Here a photo. Whole moose in the back along with all of our gear for 10 days and my buddies rack on the top to go along with ours.

The clip if the moose in the Argo sent a chill through me, made it feel like winter for a moment. The Avenger didn't seem to pprotest at all in either vid. "Up Up And Away", lol

Don't mean to hijack the thread, as those are awesome pics. I remember taking an older argo like that hunting. Other than sheer pins, an awesome machine. Looking at those pictures reminded me, I never did post the (very) few pics I have from last November Peace River hunt. Again, -30. No cameras made it far. But.....keeping with the theme of this thread, here are my loaded pics and videos. The Moose vid is two young bulls loaded into the argo, and heading through a swamp that was in no way frozen yet (about the only thing that wasn't in that area). The elk pics are two cow elk we got way back in some hills, had to "cut" our own trail in. And the picture is two more bulls we got, but dragged #2 moose out this time.....

It is a lot of work, but if you can drag the moose up on a bank, then roll them into the machine it's not too bad.
Getting them out is only a Loader away, lol.
Still a whole pile if work sitting in the back of that Argo :-)
