Argo 8x8 Floorpan moulding advice please

Hi Chaps,

The plastic floorpans/moldings on our Argo have gone a bit curly-wurly at the edges, so much so they don't quite fit on the pins.

I've tried holding them down with timber while I run the hot air gun over them, but it all seems a bit hit n miss, can anyone give me tips on the procdure? Do I have to make a jig or something?

I just knocked up a simple wooden frame to size, like a picture frame, and turned the pans upside down on it. Then hot air gun and push it flat with another wooden batten. It sort of works with time and patience.

I've found that if I use a heat gun or propane torch to reshape HDPE, I have to let it cool overnight for it to stay, so try that. Leave them weighed down until the next day and then remove the timbers. It's worth a shot.
