Aarinsingh, did you find out how deep of snow you can go through without tracks?
I assume it depends on if it's wet or powder.

i have noticed my tires slip inside the tracks. A bit more air helped. I can go very well in the snow. my tracks are 13" wide. not much tread to speak of but will climb on top of smow with ease. easy on the throttle, try not to spin.Comment

Easy answer. If the belly of the argo sits on the snow and the wheels can,t reach anything, you need tracks. We went into a camp last weekend with about 800 lbs. of guys towing an aluminum trailer with gear, fuel chainsaw snowshoes food and liquids. The Avenger was amazing and I was so glad we didn,t have to walk.
