[QUOTE=pepper;18961]you do realize the Rhino is made in good ol USof A dont ya .

it is Designed, engineered and assembled in the USA as are the Kawasaki Teryxs and a bunch of other products. Thats right, Americans pay thier mortgages and purchase the food they eat from a paycheck of makeing these things and shipping them world wide.

The Rhino was designed for America by Americans so if there was enough of a demand I am more then sure they could come up with a far superior design then an outdated Max or an Argo and put it into practice.

one other thing i might add is somne of your facts seem to be a bit embelished , I am curious as to how you arrived at this information [/QU DOES it float???????????? nope. doin't have anyreason to be here .
    1999 max 2 18 b&s 22 tires custom . new max iv 23 k 26 i/n tires brown . ht cable promark winch . new toy 1972 attex st400 400ccjlo and she will be bad . ( the frog ) if it don't float with out you getting wet . don't bring it ! R.I.P sage rogers 4 11 09 . you can't fix stuped !!!!! raceone 3 .)

        North American Workers and Argos

Hi Pepper: Sorry i have not been able to respond any sooner, had a bunch of thunderstorms that kept knocking out the power and internet.

Remember as i stated earlier: This is a comment that i had a dislike to but all are entitled to their opinions. I don't care where anyone works that is their business. We all must work, but you confirmed what i was saying designed and built in USA. Thats great
        Here is the statement:
What can you expect.. it's made in north america. You expected Jap quality? The best designed thing in mine is the briggs&stratton vanguard engine. It was designed in Japan

Rhinos: As stated they are not amphibious.
They are designed for something totally different. In April we went to CAW for a ride through the woods and trails they could not navigate this terrain. Not being harsh but it is what it is. The Razors were at Buzco Beach and they could not navigate the mud holes short turn and steep sloops. They are not in our category and they still don't float. This is not their designed purpose. I can't take my Avenger and keep up with them in their terrain, not slamming the vehicle i just thought for 10k they might would do more.
They were great people and i liked them very much but even they realized this was not their terrain. They found more suitable places to ride that day.

        As far as embellishing:

Some of my opinions are from dealing with them(Japanese Companies) as a mechanic on their machinery that they have produced, In my opinion the Germans have them beat on workmanship and quality. We also have their machinery. Remember this is my opinion. Worked on this equipment for over 20 years.

I have seen the rise of Japan as a economic power since the early 70's and watched many documentaries.
(60 min. has done several documentaries on this topic.)
(History channel is good, also the Military Channel is a good source)
(have also listed sites that i get a lot of info from) (these are just some)

What it all boils down to is i believe in the American worker, i must, this is my home. This is where my future as well as my children's futures reside.
(Not to forget the Canadians They are a bunch of swell people also. I bought my Avenger from you guys. Good job.)

Here are some listings from what i base my findings on, they make for some great reading. I think you will like this reading and it may or may not confirm what i have posted. There is much more out there. Have fun.

I still really like my Avenger!!!!!!

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

            Hi Robbie and Alley

Just thought i would drop a line and say . Hope Alley is mending well and hope she will be fit to ride shortly. Tell her hello for me.

My services have been retained by a few very good friends that are having a family get together. A lot of their family will not ride 4 wheelers (older folks) and they have requested I and my Avenger show them the trails, which they have never been able to see. I feel very honored by this request. Got her all cleaned and shined up to dip her into the mud!!! Putting all foolishness aside. Hope we all can ride together soon.

Until then.........Keep it between the ditches and take no prisoners.
