Combined pulling and cargo weight

What is the combined cargo and pulling weight of my 1999 conquest?
The specs say Cargo #1000 and towing #1600 do I combine the weight?

As you know people overload these vehicles all the time. I've found in the swamps here I have to load the vehicle heavy to pull the trailer. On real good ground I believe it's capible of hauling and pulling that weight. I've stood in swamp up to my waist moving moose meat from the trailer to the machine more than once, guess I'm a slow learner.
