Hello guys,
I just finished cleaning and repairing the tub. Soon I will be installing the new HD bearings and axles. I do have few questions please:
1) what are the torque specs for the bearing extensions and new HD flanges?
2) what is the proper orientation of the idler sprockets on the right and left sides? Do I need retaining rings or set screws? The manual is not clear on that.
3) Is it true that the chain sprockets on the front / rear axles are "floating" type (no set screws needed)?
4) Should I use lock tight on the bearings set screws as well as axles retaining screws?
5) Should I pre-grease the bearings before installation?
