In as much as Leo's is hosting the Ohio outing at Haspin, I hope all you Argo owners that plan to attend will give Leo an e-mail in advance of your arrival and have him quote you on supplies for your rigs!! (It would be the right thing to do to honor your host first, if his prices are fair!) An additional plus would be not having to pay shipping for parts/tires/accessories. He will, more than likely, have a mechanic, or two available on site or, not too far away!!

Call Gene Lintz at 319-658-2315. He is an Argo distributor and stocks lots of tires at good prices. I wouldn't use a tube in a low pressure tire, to much risk of the tire spinning on the rim. The tire doesn't cost that much.

Cougar that is funny! Yes it was in extremely good condition, however just found out they hit a tree on the other side and popped a few rivets out of the body, hope nothing more. Man...last time I loan out my toys. Yeah I am about an hour away from both attica and haspin, I wouldn't mind meeting up with some people for an argo day if you know others interested. I'll pm you an email addy and number but for the most part i think I will frequent this forum seems like a good bunch of people. Thanks again all!

Oh yeah...guy who has the tire shop said he would tube it for me for free (well...almost free....after i wrap 700 bucks in rubber around my truck wheels ) If it holds that should be fine right?

jpswift1 seems to have a good supplier for tires, you might send him a privatem message asking about such.
Or you might contact Leo's Argo.
Just a couple of thoughts, tires are available many places, it's just the wait to get them.

Yes it is a small world. I have been amazed where I have ran into people. Two tours in Korea and multiple deployments to other countries and islands and I almost always find someone that grew up near me or such. I am hoping to come back home next year sometime to do some hunting or fishing and visit with my parents.

Holy Crap! Decatur is where I bought this from! Wow...extremely small world. I am actually from Lebanon, it is a small town in between Lafayette and Indianapolis...right on I-65. Yeah, so we are about 2.5 hours away, i'm sure shipping or the drive i'd have to make would eat up any bit of savings he'd give. I have a buddy that runs a tire shop in indy, i'll see if he can get it. Thanks guys.

If you have a commercial goodyear dealer near you they should be able to order one or may have them in stock. Up here in anchorage I just bought a whole new set of tires for my conquest from Wingfoot, a goodyear over the road truck tire dealer for $72 a piece. What part of indiana are you from. Originally I am from Ft. Wayne, but spent the last 19 years in the military out west and finally up here in AK!

Yes sir, original tires. Only 70 hours on the machine so they other 5 are still in great condition. He said the one tire has about 8 puncture marks on the sidewall...no idea how he accomplished that.

Where are you at in Indiana ?? I have a tire dealer here in my home town that said he could give me a good price. Let me know the size and what there are , rawhide? Cougar

derekhonda, The stock tires on Bigfoots are goodyear rawhide iii 25x12-9.
Good luck finding a good supplier near you.
