I have a 2006 Conquest I am thinking about adding the heater, will I also have to have the alternator to make it work or will the standard system have enough to run the heater fan?
The alternator will give you more than enough charging system. With a very good battery and watching the headlight use you will be fine with a heater kit. Start using a winch with headlights on and the heater on, going to drain the battery. The alternator is a great addition.
