Don't own one but I've logged some hours on a few. My opinion is it's an option only if you absolutely need to run with diesel fuel. It's got the torque of the gas model but not the horsepower so you'll spend more time at max CVT ratio and going slower. And that engine is not light so your nose sits even lower in the water. But if you're running a diesel operation, you're not in a hurry, and you're not expecting much for water travel, it's a fair option.
