keeping the inside clean?

I just removed all the chains and cleaned the inside till it looks new, but the brake rotor is rusty so I think after the first stop it's going to look like crap again. Are there stainless brake rotors or shields to keep the brake fan from blowing brake dust all over the chain? What if I reverse the fan direction and blow brake dust outside?

The rotors are destined to corrode up a bit, don't worry about the condition, its normal.

I'm not worried about them being rusty looking, it's all the rust that will come off and stick to everything
