  • Bigfoot new chains, bearings, now pulling to the left. As things I modded

Took my Bigfoot for a spin after new chains and bearings, she is pulling to the left noticeable enough. Had my dad, a big guy along, could extra 250 pound make it pull? I did check tire circumference, had 2 of them 1 inch bigger which I tried deflating but didnt make a noticable difference and put in the middle.

The fan drawing the battery down at idle concerned me while I'm warming the machine in subarctic temps, I installed a cutout switch that lights up when the fan is off; when I look down to shift I can't help but see the light reminding me to turn fan on

Also installed a bilge pump. Only a manual on/off switch on the dash and a 500 GPH pump.

Installed 2 el-cheapo LED red tail lights I had around.

Power outlet, protected by a 20 amp fuse. Going to make a plug in light too and a dome light for top of the windshield.

Ordered an argo winch mount kit $$$ but I'm running out of time, can't make it from scratch

Working on heat next. Getting a hvac register on the intake that will allow it to heat up much faster and maintain a nice warm engine bay. I think I might get a water temp kit and install it by the oil filter housing (JB weld?) to monitor oil temp to prevent overheating. Or would cylinder head temp be more important?

mine had a similar switch for the brake fan and it helps when idling to conserve the battery. I put two small fans in at the front of the muffler box to draw heat out of the tub for the warmer months and it works great. Again they are on a switch so off when not needed. Bilge and tail lights also. I set up the tail lights to come on as each lateral is pulled sort of a poor man's turn indicator for those following me. I'm not sure if this is the way the argo tail lights work anyway but it's how I wanted them to work and on a seperate switch to be off when not needed. Not adding a heater of anything as the motor produces enough heat for my general conditions.
Could the steering issue be your father possibly, toss him out see if steers better.

Good idea about the blinking tail light, had I thought of it I would have done it.
