Low psi fuel pump

I have a friend who has an Argo Big foot , and he told me it stalls out when he tries to climb a steep hill . I read in a post some where about installing a low psi electric fuel pump ( 2-3 psi ? ) to solve this problem , but I can,t find it again . Also , where would you install this electric fuel pump for the best results ?

Thanks , that pointed me in the right direction to find the part # of the fuel pump that I was looking for .

I installed my aux. fuel pump under the seat. There was a bracket already mounted there and all I had to do was bolt it directly to the bracket.
