rotor problems

last year one of my brake pads have been completly worn thrugh and has been eating away at the rotor. i dont have new brake pads on now but used ones and the side i apply the brakes to with the bad rotor it dont turn very good or not at all? what can i do?

Sounds like it's time to replace the rotor? How bad is it?
