101-97 Bearing Upgrade Problem

[94-Vols]

I have a 94 vanguard 6x6 and I performed the upgrade on all 6 wheels to the new 101-97 HD outer bearings. The problem I have encountered is that when I grease the outer bearings the rear 4 axles that are not keyed do not have any grease coming out of the outside of the bearings. The front two keyed axles have grease coming out of where the bearing meets the outer flange when I apply grease to them

Is there a cause for concern? Why do the keyed axles and the non-keyed axles behave differently? If there is a problem how do I fix it?
