Axle seals

I just greased my bearings and came across a flange with the the two grease nipples and water and grease started coming out of the axle seal area? Seal need replacing or... I put three pumps into it. Also is there two different size seals that go into a flange?

That is normal behavior. When you pump new grease in, once it is full, it has to go somewhere. Whatever is in there will get pushed out. In your case, it's some water and old grease. That's perfectly fine.
