how hard and can you pull start a magnum without battery hooked up? has anyone ever pull started an argo before?

Yes I have pull started my argo. If it has sat for a while I will pull start it to help get the fuel back up to the motor. Helps prolong the life of the battery and the starter. I replaced a starter on the original 18hp motor with motor in place, very difficult I found. Now with the new motor 23hp I have to crank it up quite a bit before she kicks over so I pull start to prolong the starter.

ok cool i usually just poor gas in the carb but that works too i guess!
