Has anyone heard anything new about the upcoming 2009 argo lineup?

Argo leaves the stone-age in 2009!
For the 2009 models, Argo will join the rest of the ATVs here in the 21st century by featuring a DIGITAL DISPLAY above the handle bars! It shows vehicle speed, hours, parking brake on, among other things. I've seen just one picture and it looks pretty good. It is very similar to those used on Honda quads.
The only other improvements I've heard is a thicker seat and intake vent cleanout (like the Jim Shockey Avenger), and the exhaust now points down to help keep it out of the rider's face.Everybody dies, but not everybody lives. -

That sounds good for the future Argo owners .
I guess its just too much to ask for Recreatives to update the Max line of amphibs into the 21st century .

There is a blue '09 6x6 on Ebay already, it has a pic of the guages and i think it looks really out of place like someone just mounted it to there dash, have a look and see what ya think'99 Conquest 104hp turbocharged intercooled EFI Chevy Sprint conversion

You're absolutely right eightwheeler. It does look out of place. It seems to be in the way of the key ignition. It might be the way the picture was taken. It is sometimes deceiving. Thanks for the info.Comment

That is the only picture publicly available right now. I think ODG updates to the '09 models in September. It should be a nice looking unit, but then again anything is an improvement over what us poor 6x6ers are used to.

What Argo really needs to do is update the transmission they have now , to one that gives " true " six wheel drive ! Now thats an improvement !
