Well it depends on your make/model. What kind of six wheeler do you have? Also depend on what you are doing with it and the conditions, etc.... If you want super floatation on soft snow then the wider the better. If your horse power is low then maybe not so wide would be better.

its a 1986 with 16hp i was going to use it muskeg , mud and snow i was thinking of building mine own set out of conveyor belting
