This is NOT a slam against Avengers, I'm just letting you know about some issues that "WE" have run into lately.
Two Avengers that I know of here have been sent back to Argo for repairs. The framework under the seats has broken apart on both of them and needs to be rebuilt. Also, on these two machines , the skid plates have come loose from the body. The rivits holding the skidplates on have pulled loose, allowing the skidplate to hang down. (Skidplates are only rivited to the body tub now, they used to be bolted through to the frame)
Two more Avengers have been sent in for repaires to the engine/tranny mount. It would appear as though the mounting plate is breaking at the front pivot pin. This is breaking away completly and allowing the mounting plate to "flex" and "bend". The mounting plates are actually bending, bringing the motor and trans closer togeather. (Looks like I will be building some new "Beefier" mounting plates
)
I really don't think this will be an issue with "normal/average" use, but with heavy, daily use like these machines get it has turned into an issue. I should also mention that these machines have NEVER BEEN OFF TRACKS, and that is really hard on riggin' in this area.
Due to these issues, 2 new Avenger orders have been cancelled and changed to Frontiers. "WE" are going to try them out, and see how they stand up.
So, anyway, just a couple things to think about, and check once in awhile.
