I don't know if what you specified will work, but my new Argo has the factory under hood fan, and it's awesome. A switch turns in on and off, and it fits under the top hood vents and pulls a lot of air. If the motor still gets too hot, I can turn on the heater, and it cools the engine. The heater has two speeds, which I just discovered while trying to ride in the rain.
