Hey guys. I'd like my first Argo to be a fuel injected model but I likely won't be able to buy new. What was the first year these efi units came out and have these motors changed much in the last few years?
My Avenger is an '07 and it is EFI.. I believe it was an option in '06. I don't think the Koehler engine has changed too much. I think the '18's have a got a lot more top end speed. But with no suspension, I'm still leary on driving 45 kmh down a cutline..
Thanks Glen. I'm like Steve with Juggernaut. Ive been eagerly anticipating the day that I can finally get into one of my own. I've found a 2008 with 160 hours on it but I'm not quite there yet with fundraising. Hopefully it's still around when I get the money. It comes with an Argo trailer, bimini cover and winch. Really hope it's still there. I think 160 hours is low for a 2008 but not sure.

I think that is low hours. My '07 has 175 hours. There was an '08 for sale in town that had 580 hours on it. I think it depends on the previous owner's use of it. Mine is mainly for hunting. The other one in town I am 99% sure was a rental and was ridden hard. I'm sure there are guys that run theirs a lot more than I do, and if the maintenance is kept up they can be in great shape too..
