could a single 50 chain with 6600 tensile strength hold up to the abuse an 84 8ic would give the drive system? thinking of just using single for the 4 possibly 6 rear wheels?
What's a 84 8ic?
High strength #50 is pretty stout! In the end it comes to gear reduction of course. If the chain is on the final drive of a power-train than it can see a lot of torque.
