  • Anyone have a machine apart right now?

    Ok fellas I'm currently in the process of redoing a 6 I/C which is a Kohler powered manual brake machine, this machine was bought incomplete which I was fine with.
    My current issue is the powerpack was one of those missing items and perhaps the most needed item to create some sort of original functionality.

    So what I am looking for is measurements for either a K series, Twin series or early Vanguard series powerpack. If there is a couple pictures with the tape measure showing the important parts, I can make something new. I have a Tec powerpack that is adjusted and mounted differently so I need some measurements.

    Part numbers 611-60 (K that is missing) 611-33( Twin or early Vanguard), 611-41 (Vanguard) are preferred and sought after.
    I may be able to do something with 611-50, 611-57, and 611-65 so any measure ments of the downward mounting eared powerpacks will help.

    Thanks in advance, Jim

    If anyone has one for sale that may work depending on what it is.

    My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.

        Yes Curtis, that will get me close, that is for the upper hyd braked machine but the lower measurements should be close.

        I'd be looking for;
        overall length
        measurement to downward ears from rear and forward attaching points.
        length/depth of the ears and slots
        the engine plate measurements allow me to use the M18 I have now

        well, pretty much everything would be best. I guess I could make a K(a) instead of a K or KB

        Thanks, Jim

              Thanks Bob,
              That's from a newer machine with a different frame, like Magnum( probably), V2, Bigfoot, Response, Conquest style.
