who knows what is the torque specs on the clutch bolt.

Are you looking for the bolt into the trans shaft? If so, use normal specs for that size/grade of bolt. 5/16" grade 5 I'd guess, 14 ft/lbs? https://www.boltdepot.com/fastener-i...ed-Torque.aspx
