hello everyone just picked up what i believe to be an 89 conquest or vanguard 8x8 magnum 18 i think and i am very happy to join in on the games you all have been enjoying so much i live in willow river bc and the clay around here has kept most of the quads out of a very popular moose hunting road so the first day i got my mud bug i had to go and test is out and was very impressed drove through all the spots i was warned away from and enjoyed hunting in a usually busy place all by myself without seeing another soul i fell in love .the gift in disguise was when i found out that my winch was having issues i was high centered in the thick stuff and luckily was able to lift the back end around 90 degrees and get out of the mud 1 half hour before dark i like being able to lift my bug as well as carring a 6by5 bull moose and three guys out of a back channel in the willows quads and other means of transportation in bush have lost all interest for me and argo i feel may become an obsesssion rapidly already have plans of repairing the neglect of the previous owners and bring it back to the front of the pack so i am looking for a manual and any other useful information any of my new brotherhood/sisters may have for me i will be starting a full restoration and modification as soon as i can positively identify the bug properly the first 3 letters of the serial # are nkb and the model is a v890-23 with kohler magum 18 .soon as the bug is finished she goes to work for me all info welcome .thanks the mud bug.

Welcome Mud Bug
Glad you joined us. Hope you have a great time with your machine and hope to see you around the site. If no one can identify your machine contact a argo dealer and run the number. It has to be in a data base. Just a thought. Then you can get the appropriate manuals.
LewisLife should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"
