Any of you guys ever heard or install a Manual pull start . I was wondering if it's possible and how hard it would be.

Hi Typical. Dead batteries on the trail can happen, usually from using the winch when the motor is not running. I have never used one but lots of guys carry one of those lithium car starters and they can charge your cell phone. Some of the older machines had rope starters for backup but I don't personally know anybody who retrofit one. Good luck. Can you tell us what country you live in.

If you really have to and the engine is warm we have pull started a 20HP Conquest before with just a ratchet strap around the primary clutch. It's awkward to get at and all but we managed to fire it up first try and fix our loose terminal cable issues after to charge the battery back up.
