Where is the fuse block in a '99 vanguard located. I just bought this Argo and the fuse block is laying loose in the engine compartment (obviously needs wiring work). I need to put it back where it belongs.

Hey Jerry. Not certain about your Vangard but my 01 Conquest fuse blocks are up on the bulkhead. I need to remove the hood, stand in the machine and look almost upside down see/acess it. Would make sense if it fell down if the fasteners failed.sigpic -
