Given it has the SS racing stripe its 1976 to 1970 I believe. ODG Means Ontario Drive and Gear is what they stamped onto them in the 70`s. K399 is a Kohler two stroke two cylinder engine used up to 1977. You have a rare Argo SS. Check the transmission if you can and you`ll find SS stamped onto the top.
