2018 Avenger Handle Bar/Steering Shft Clicking

When I turn my bars to the right and then back to center they don't go all the way back. I give them just a bit more to get it to go back to center and it clicks. It's sticking just before center. It doesn't do it turning left. I haven't torn into it, yet. Any initial thoughts?
