Argo Frontier... running SLOW! Ideas?

Somebody earlier mentioned adding ATF (I assume Auto Transmission Fluid) to the gas... Never heard of this. What is the benefit?

I mentioned it.
If you have to use old fuel (out in the bush for example, and have no choice), adding a little ATF oil to the gas will help keep the Kawasaki exhaust valves from sticking.
