He doesn't remember what year it was, but I have pics of the serial number. It's in really good shape cosmetically, and has 195 hours on it, but I am not sure what kind of maintenance he has done on it. I have some photos of the brake rotor which has me concerned. looks to just be a little surface rust on the rotor. should clean right up with a little use

Yea disk brakes end up looking like that won't hurt performance, will be shiny after a while.
