2020 Aurora Huntmaster grease fitting issues

It appears that the flanges on the inside of the hull on my Aurora are not threaded.
I took the floor plates out to do a first greasing.
Put the gun on the fitting, greased and the fitting fell out with the hose.
Thought that was odd, so cleaned off the grease and there are no threads in the flange.
Figured this was a one time issue.
This is the case with all 8 of the internal fittings.
They are threaded fittings, but the flange plate is not tapped, so the just pulled out.
For the money these things cost I must say I am not impressed with the build quality so far.
The first time out the windshield fell apart.

They have always been pressed in, shame they all pulled out.
Bring it back tell them to put a warranty claim in, that's not right.

I pushed them back in after I figured out they were just sort of pressed in.
As long as I know to baby them I can put the grease to them.
Even if they pull out with the gun I can just stick them back in.
This is my first Argo.
Have had sxs,4wheelers, and dirt bikes.
Learning the process as it has 8.9 hours.

Hi , This will help. I had the same problem with my Avenger. I greased the axle seals on the out side of the body.
The grease fitting pulled out. I removed the teeth in the grease fitting at the end of the grease gun hose. This stopped the problem.
The fitting still works. Hope this helps.

It was a new grease gun.
I stuck an old fitting in the vise and broke-in the new gun tip.
I did manage to get them greased and just pushed them back into the holes and they seem tight enough to hold.

For me it was the inside bearings that have the hardened cover plates.


Thanks for the response.
I wanted to be sure to have it well greased before the outboard mount arrives and I take it down the river.
That should be a blast.
